10. Dispute Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws, conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against vipj Casino. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful completion of identity verification procedures.

vipj reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months), or business necessity. Upon termination for cause, we may withhold funds pending investigation, and you forfeit any bonuses, promotional winnings, and loyalty points.
